Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full functionality, so you can confirm Snoka works in your environment before you're charged anything.
If Snoka isn't working out, email contact@snoka.app within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questionnaire. Renewal charges can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you haven't used the product in the new period.
Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the receipt email or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future charges; paid features keep working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
